Notice from DHL that all maintenance actions must be set up in eTLB
Enrico Mosbach comment:
HI Gents,
during a recent audit in one of our European line stations a finding was raised for a non-compliance on the check-sheet sign-off standards. The finding was specifically about how the engine oil servicing task was signed-off (item 9 or 10 on the A350 transit check sheet) and that a signature from a 2nd approved person is necessary (in MAD & ZRH this should be another CX approved Engineer as we don’t have any CX controlled Mechanics in your station) on the check sheet to demonstrate compliance with the EDTO dual maintenance policy.
That’s the actual finding description:

To comply with the above requirements and to avoid the same finding in another stations, may I pls ask you to follow the sign-off standards in the attached sample check sheet. Pls also follow the sign-off format for the tasks which are not applicable to your station, the reason why the task isn’t applicable is required - followed by the approval nbr and signature from the person who signs this task off, just a “N/A” is not sufficient (this was also noted on several of the recently sampled check sheets).
